A product I want to purchase is out of stock, what do I do?

We try our best to restock products as soon as we can, however some products may not be back for a while due to high demand or supply shortage. You can click on the “Notify me when back in stock” to receive an email when the product is back in stock.


The product I received looks different from the picture, why?

Due to lighting, colors of products may appear different from the actual color. Please note that since most of our products are handmade, there may be variance in color, pattern, and size.


Does Smokers Plaza offer warranty for products?

We currently do not offer a warranty on our products. If you received a broken or damaged product, please follow through with our claim protocol as stated under “Shipping”.


I want to order a replacement part, how can I find the correct size?

All sizes of our products are indicated in the details section, if you can’t find the correct size for your replacement please doesn’t hesitate to contact us for help.


How often do you receive new products?
